FSWA Hosts Luncheon for Atlanta Federal Reserve Bank Chief of Research, David Altig

On June 23rd FourStar Wealth Advisors hosted the Chief of Research at the Atlanta Federal Reserve Bank, David Altig, for a presentation and wide ranging discussion at Devon Seafood on Chicago Ave near Michigan Ave the Magnificent Mile.

Dave started with his views and the FED’s current views on the economy. He reviewed potential for the US and world economy going forward based on different scenarios. He then commented on issues of the BREXIT, the continuing attempt to raise interest rates, and the attempts to jumpstart the economy.

The Q&A is always a great time and no subjects were left unturned. After the lunch a smaller targeted session was held regarding the events unfolding in the Chinese economy, and on how their issues could affect the U.S. and the World.
